How Custom Orders Work

Have a specific vision in mind? We love creating custom pieces tailored just for you!

During checkout, use the Order Notes field or immediately after placing your order, reach out to us directly by email at kncustomcutcraft@gmail.com describing the item you want crafted. We will then reach out to you within 1-2 business days to go over your design ideas and get all of the specifics. Specifics include but not limited to material, finish, dimensions.

We do require a $50.00 deposit which will either be used toward your custom piece or returned to you if we cannot fulfill your order specifications,

Please Note: Because custom orders are made to your exact specifications, they are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged in transit.
